Ordering remotely: how it works, from any country

Almost half our orders come from people who have never been to the atelier. Here is how it works.

1. The WhatsApp conversation

You tell us what you want — a model from the collection, a photo, a description. We reply the same working day with what can be done, an estimated price and a lead time.

2. The measuring guide

We send a photo guide: how to trace your sole on paper, what to measure and when (evening, standing). It takes ten minutes. Details are in the measuring article.

You send the outline photos and the numbers. We check them twice — if something looks inconsistent we ask you to re-measure before we cut leather. It is cheaper for everyone.

3. The leather

We send photographs of the actual swatches in daylight, plus a short video — screen colour differs from real colour, and movement shows gloss and texture best. You choose, you confirm, we cut.

4. The making

2–4 weeks. We send a photo when the pair is on the last and one at the end, before packing.

5. Delivery

Courier, across Europe, 2–5 working days depending on country. The pair arrives boxed, with shoe trees, cotton bags and care instructions.

If something does not fit

Standard adjustments are free. Send the pair back, we adjust, we resend. It happens rarely precisely because measurements are double-checked at the start.
